Maria and Andrea present their last co-creation, born out of adoration and awe to the Oceans and in collaboration with Sound Earth Legacy (SEL), a non profit organisation who aims to record and preserve the sounds of the Earth, supporting pioneer scientific environmental projects through sound & music.

Andrea´s hypnotic set is designed on the foundation of underwater field recordings provided by SEL, as a personal reworking of the traditional Kundalini mantras, brought into the frame of the brand new conceptional project called Poetas Sónicos.

The visuals are a collage of wild underwater landscapes, liquid abstract colour and the documented responses of water to sound vibration – forming dancing geometry.

Aqua Mantras premiered in Mira Festival, Barcelona, on Nov 2021 and will continue touring along 2022 – dates coming soon.

We dedicate this performance to the mystery of the Ocean, its life forms and sound currents.

We aim our art to be not just entertaining or beautiful, but an invitation for the human family to remember how to listen to nature and recover the timeless language between the human & non human.
